Our story.
Founded on the belief that good advice should be practical enough to act on the same week it's given.
Fifteen years of helping businesses move forward.
Meridian & Co. was founded to close the gap between strategy and execution. Too many businesses had been handed reports full of good ideas and no path to carry them out. We built a firm around the opposite approach: work alongside the client's own team, understand how decisions actually get made inside the organization, and leave behind a plan that survives contact with reality.
Today we work with companies ranging from early-stage startups to established enterprises across eight industries, but the core discipline hasn't changed. We diagnose the real problem, build a plan a client's team can execute, and stay close enough to the work to make sure it actually happens.
Good advice is only as good as its execution.
- Strategy without a path to execution is just an opinion, however well researched.
- The people closest to the work usually already know what's wrong. Our job is to help them act on it.
- Measurable results matter more than polished presentations.
- Every engagement should leave the client's team more capable, not more dependent.
Our values.
Integrity
We tell clients what they need to hear, not what's easiest to say.
Excellence
We hold our own work to a standard higher than what's asked of us.
Innovation
We bring fresh thinking without discarding what already works.
Partnership
We work with your team, not above it, from the first meeting on.
Accountability
We measure our success by the results our clients actually see.
Our process, from first call to measured results.
Discover
We understand your goals, constraints, and what success actually looks like for your team.
Diagnose
We analyze the underlying problems, not just the symptoms leadership is seeing.
Strategize
We develop a practical roadmap sequenced around what will move the business fastest.
Execute
We work directly with your team to implement the plan, not just hand it over.
Measure
We track results against the goals we set together, and adjust when the data calls for it.
